Now a user can only participate in a project as part of a specific role. This makes it possible to clearly and transparently distinguish between access rights and responsibilities of project participants.
The following roles are currently available:
Project Administrator — full access to managing project resources and viewing information on consumption and charges.
Project operator — full access to project resource management. The consumption and charges section is not available.
Auditor (with access to finance) — Access only to view project resources and consumption information. You cannot change the configuration and status of virtual machines.
Auditor — Access only to view project resources. The consumption and charges section is not available. You cannot change the configuration and status of virtual machines.
Financial analyst — Access to the consumption and charges section, as well as personal settings. Project resource management is not available.

3. Manage access to object storage.

Working with buckets in object storage has become even more convenient: you can now manage user access using fully AWS-compatible policies, which allows you to more flexibly and accurately distinguish between roles and access rights.

Control panel update from 01/08/2025

Monitoring resources

A new “Notifications” section has been added to the control panel — functionality for monitoring the status of virtual servers and promptly receiving notifications in case of operational abnormalities.

Supported by:
• tracking key metrics (CPU, disk, network);
• notifications about system events (starting, stopping, deleting a virtual server, operations with disks and backups);
• notifications by email, Telegram bot and in the control panel.

This feature allows you to respond more quickly to incidents and monitor the state of the infrastructure in real time.

Control panel update from 15.12.2025

Monitoring resources

The “Monitoring” functionality has been added to the control panel with schedules for the load of the CPU, disks and network interfaces of your virtual servers. Quickly and visually assess the state of your infrastructure in real time.

Control panel update from 15.10.2025

Cloud Controller Manager (CCM) support in Managed Kubernetes

Cloud Controller Manager (CCM) support for Managed Kubernetes has been added. Users can now create and delete LoadBalancer services directly from their Kubernetes workloads.

This update makes it easier to integrate cloud infrastructure with Kubernetes clusters and allows you to automatically manage load balancers without manual operations. Thanks to this, services can be available on the external network immediately after creation, and network routing is managed transparently and centrally.

Control panel update from 10.09.2025

Changing the management group master node configuration without downtime

Managed Kubernetes now allows you to change the management group's master node configuration for a running cluster without stopping its operation. It is now possible to increase the CPU, RAM, or disk resources for the management team depending on the load, while maintaining the availability of services and applications.

Control panel update from 01.08.2025

Creating a new server from backup

The ability to restore as a new virtual server has been added to the backup functionality. You can now recover data without deleting or modifying the original server—this is useful if you want to test changes on a copy, quickly deploy a new instance to scale, or create multiple identical servers for different tasks.

Extending the disk binding limit

Now you can link up to 10 disks to one virtual server. This will make it possible to organize data storage more flexibly, scale the infrastructure and implement more complex scenarios for working with data.

Control panel update from 03.07.2025

New drive type: “Productive”

A new type of disk has appeared in the control panel — “Productive”. This drive is optimal for projects with high speed requirements: up to 25,500 IOPS and 500 MB/s read, up to 7,500 IOPS and 400 MB/s per write.

Auto scaling in Managed Kubernetes

Managed Kubernetes now has an autoscaling feature. Clusters automatically scale to meet the load, ensuring efficient use of resources and the stable operation of your applications.

Change the name of drives and networks

Now you can change the names of your drives and networks in the control panel.

Control panel update from 06/05/2025

Setting up CORS for buckets

It is now possible to specify CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) rules in the object storage bucket settings. This is important if you use bucket files on third-party resources, such as websites. If your browser was previously able to block cross-domain requests to your files, you can now add the necessary CORS rules right in your control panel or using utilities like the AWS CLI. This will allow cross-domain requests and avoid common CORS mistakes.

Add up to 4 DNS addresses to the virtual server

When creating a virtual server, you can now specify up to four DNS addresses at once. This setting can also be changed in the settings of an already created server.

The ability to stop services and charge

Now you can stop all running servers yourself and stop charging all services running in the control panel by simply deactivating your account.

Control panel update from May 23, 2025

Added email notification functionality when logging in from a new IP

As part of improving information security, email notifications have been added when logging in to the panel from a new IP address. Notifications come both when authorization is successful and when attempts are unsuccessful, which helps to respond to suspicious actions in a timely manner.

Expanded opportunities to work with public IPs

Two options are now available when creating a virtual server with a public address:
— generate and assign a new public IP to the server
— assign a public IP address to the server by selecting it from the list of available free ones.

Control panel update from 07/05/2025

The ability to change a child user's login has been added

Now the root user can change the login (e-mail) of any child user directly from the panel. The new login will be activated after confirmation via the link sent to the specified e-mail address.

Objects have been transferred between buckets in object storage

Customers can conveniently transfer objects between buckets right in the control panel — without having to download and re-download files first. The ability to quickly copy a link to public objects has also been added — directly from the list of objects, in one click.

The process of creating virtual servers has been optimized

The internal logic for creating virtual servers has been improved, which makes the process of creating them faster and more reliable.

Load balancers have become more flexible and functional

When creating a load balancer, you can now specify several pairs of backend network ports in the backend group, as well as edit port settings after creating the balancer. This provides more control and convenience when setting up the network infrastructure.

DNS management when creating a virtual server

The ability to specify the DNS server address when creating a virtual server has been added. You can also change the DNS later — in the local network settings for a specific virtual server

Control panel update from 10.04.2025

Improving the process of creating a child user and resetting a password

To improve access security and prevent unauthorized use, it is now possible to create a child user and reset the password only after clicking on the link sent to the new user's email. This adds an extra layer of verification and protection.

The security of the process of recovering a forgotten password has been improved.

To avoid unnecessary emails and protect yourself from spam, when you try to recover your password again, the system first checks whether a request has already been sent to that email. If the request has not been completed yet, a new email is not sent.

Control panel update from March 28, 2025

Improved control panel design

Visual improvements have been made: fonts and icons have been updated, as well as the design of the control panel login page.

Password recovery functionality

The ability to independently recover the password by the user through the control panel has been added.

Installing and modifying local area network gateways

It is now possible to set and change the default local network gateway for virtual servers. The configuration can be performed both when creating a virtual server and in the local area networks section of an existing server.

Improved safety

A mechanism for restricting simultaneous work from one account on several devices has been added. Now, simultaneous access to the control panel from different computers is impossible, which prevents potential conflicts and improves security.

Control panel update from 07/03/2025

Updated control panel design

We have redesigned the control panel interface to make it more user-friendly and structured:
— Updated menu — all features are now available in the left menu and are grouped into categories:
1. Services — cloud platform, data storage, containers.
2. Account — profile, projects, statistics, security, notifications.
— Logical location of quotas — information about computing resource quotas is now displayed in the relevant sections of the services and services to which they relate.

Introduction of the essence of “Project”

A project is an entity that combines resources used by a customer in the cloud.

Project advantages:
— Resource grouping — servers, drives, IP addresses and other resources can now be grouped into logical groups.
— Flexible management — the project owner can add participants, giving them access to the project, as well as move resources between projects.
— Access control — only the owner and participants can view and manage resources belonging to this project.
— Cost details — the ability to analyze costs for individual projects for effective budget control.

The following options are available in the Projects section:
— Project list — view all available projects, their participants and structures.
— Editing — project owners can change titles and add and remove members.
— Project management — creating and deleting projects (except for Default-project and projects with active resources).
— Setting the visibility of resources — visibility can be configured for local networks, user images and security groups, which allows them to be used in several projects simultaneously.
— Resource allocation — the main user of the panel can change the belonging of resources to different projects

Improvements in the “Consumption” section

— Cost details are now available by project for more accurate cost analysis.
— The maximum data sampling period has been extended from one month to one year.
— Data can be exported to Excel for easy reporting.

Control panel update from 24.04.2024

The ability to add custom images

The control panel has added the ability to upload your own ISO images of operating systems and create virtual machines based on them. In the virtual machine creation window, when you select an OS source, a window opens where you can select the OS template provided by the panel, or download and select your own OS image.

Uploading custom images is limited in size and quantity: you can upload up to 5 images per site, and each image must not exceed 10 GB in size. This service is currently free of charge. When uploading an image, you can set minimum requirements for the server on which it will be deployed (minimum disk size and RAM).

In the “Custom Images” section, you can view the entire list of available images and create a virtual machine based on the selected image directly from the list.

Easy filtering of OS templates

Filtering by operating system type has been added to the list of OS templates.

Blocking after several incorrect login attempts

Now, to improve security, we have added the function of temporarily blocking an account. A user will be locked out for 1 hour when entering incorrect passwords 5 times within 20 minutes.
