Receiving an application from a customer
The stage at which the customer sends his request for the implementation of the project, describing the initial information about his needs and objectives, thereby initiating the commencement of cooperation.
Providing a brief to the customer
The customer is sent a short and structured questionnaire designed to collect general information about the objectives, expectations and initial conditions of the project, which is necessary for a preliminary assessment.
Discussion of the project, collection of requirements
A meeting or consultation is held with the customer, at which the goals, objectives and specific requirements of the project are discussed in detail, as well as the wishes and key implementation points are clarified.
Obtaining technical specifications
The customer prepares and submits to the contractor a document with a detailed technical description, requirements and expectations from the final result of the project, which serves as the basis for its implementation.
Estimation of terms and costs
Based on the information received and the terms of reference, the contractor accurately estimates the cost of implementing the project and sets realistic deadlines for its implementation, agreeing on them with the customer.
Implementation and delivery of the project
The work is carried out according to the agreed technical specifications and plan, with regular information to the customer. Upon completion, the project is submitted for review and, after improvements, is considered accepted.
