Work stages

Receiving a request from the customer
The stage where the customer sends their request for project implementation, describing initial information about their needs and tasks, thereby initiating the start of cooperation.

Providing a brief to the customer
The customer is sent a short, structured questionnaire designed to gather general information about the tasks, expectations, and initial conditions of the project, necessary for a preliminary assessment.

Project discussion, requirements gathering
A meeting or consultation is held with the customer, where the goals, tasks, and specific requirements of the project are discussed in detail, and wishes and key implementation points are clarified.

Receiving the technical specification
The customer creates and provides the contractor with a document containing a detailed technical description, requirements, and expectations for the final project result, serving as the basis for its implementation.

Estimation of timelines and cost
Based on the information received and the technical specification, the contractor makes an accurate assessment of the project implementation cost and sets realistic timelines for its completion, coordinating them with the customer.

Project implementation and delivery
Work is carried out according to the agreed technical specification and plan, with regular updates to the customer. Upon completion, the project is handed over for review and, after any necessary adjustments, is considered accepted.
